System Tray & Close Behaviour
SG Music Library can run quietly in the system tray instead of closing when you click the window's close button.
By default, clicking the close (X) button minimises to the tray rather than quitting. You can switch this to exit instead from the close button's menu, if you'd rather the app actually quit when you close the window.
Tray icon
While minimised to the tray, hovering over the icon shows what's currently playing. Right-click it for:
- Restore — bring the main window back
- Stop Playback
- Exit — fully quit the app
Left-clicking the tray icon also restores the window, matching the usual behaviour of tray apps on Windows.
The only way to fully quit is Exit (either from the tray menu or File → Exit) — closing the window itself only quits if you've explicitly switched the close button to "exit" behaviour.
